Hey, I just finished The Old Man and the Sea by Hemingway. It's a great book, the first of his I've read. It's pretty late here in England, and I'm feeling a little stupid for not understanding myself, but can someone talk me through the end, please? Specifically the part where the tourists mistake the marlin for a shark. I know it's ironic, but what does this mean in the grand scheme of things?
