That's actually an interesting story.

Many people who smoke DMT recall of similar experiences. Some say they speak with god, or a supreme-being like figure. Others say they see an alien world, or angel-like people.

Really we don't know what happens. I've spent so many nights thinking about the topic, and by the end of it - you're always left with more questions than answers.

Who's to say we don't just completely lose consciousness and wither away - which is a very literal and scientific interpretation. Yet at the same time we can neither prove nor disprove that reincarnation or Elysium doesn’t exist or occur after death also. I've seen old people slip slowly into dementia, and they seem almost exactly like children again. It's as if life goes full circle for some of these people.
