Honestly, some of the richest, most compelling and most dynamic political theory is produced by Maoists and the ideology is on point as well. As a matter of fact, Maoist is really the only actually political Marxism, Trotskyism precludes leaving the political struggle to liberals.

In regards to political matters, if you have read Carl Schmidt or Leo Strauss as a matter of course in your political education but have neglected your study of Mao Zedong Thought then how do you really expect to have knowledge of non-liberal ideas in response to the bounds of liberalism and western paradigms.
