For me to elaborate on this subject i first will need to explain a little bit of argentinian history.
After the second world war we had a recurrent president named Peron, he surged as a "centrist" to calm the waters of the current class war that was happening since the presidency of Yrigoyen. Peron positioned himself as a third positionist, being inspired by fascist movements in his trips to europe, he amassed a strong hold in argentinian politics as an advocate for the poor and the middle class. But to understand Peron as a Fascist is truly missing the point, he was not a fascist but a true third positionist man, as he embraced capitalism and social reforms, he became a godlike figure that is still revered into this day, his fanatism was so big and passionate that even small fights between rightwing peronists and leftist peronists broke out, you could call him a true adequate Ceasar. But sadly he came to a time were that Ceasar was not needed
