I really need to throw out a short story for this, but I've been hard at work trying to get my next couple drafts of a novel done by October. I do have a short in the work right now but it's only in 1st draft. I know there's also flash fiction anthology and Unreal, but &amp seems to be where it's at.

Not mine but you should look at Eggplant by Nesmer and the two short story collections by Lewis Woolston. Top stuff in the past year. I aim to have my book out in early next year. Good thing is I'm on my second draft already and have a pretty good idea of how to finish.

Since you seem to know a thing or two on covers, there's nothing stopping me using public domain Romanticist painting as part of a cover, right? Thought it'd help mark it as literary fiction.
