I like the very ending of Dark Tower otherwise yes book 4 was the last good one.
I would say Gunslinger is exceptionally good and different from a lot that I've read. It's standalone in a way.

Hey, when I say futurism I mean books that discuss the dangers of technology and the man made horrors it can cause, I know of Ted Kaczynski and I would like to read more books/essays about this topic.

I also really enjoyed serial experiments lain and would love to read more books about de-personalization and similar mental disorders that may be caused by modern society.
