Just finished Ministry for the Future. I thought it had a very strong opening what with all the ideas flowing and ecoterrorism, but by the halfway point it became standard KSR for me and it was a slog to get through. Characters that are dead inside, and explanations to things that are overdone. Overall it was alright, and it gives me an inkling of hope with the climate change situation. Anyone else read it? Thoughts?
