Douay-Rheims is acceptable-ish. It contains translation errors; Moses with the rams horns the angel of the pool et cetera. KJV is fine for pretty poetry, but it's 200% bad at conveying the meaning of scripture so its worthless. And it was written by/for Protestant heretics besides. NRSV is what you want. NAB (New American Bible) is good too.

NRSV. It's the most accurate and ESV is not as aesthetic imo.

I do wish Cambridge red-letter lay flat bibles came in NRSV or Catholic-preferred translations though.
