Its ok, backstory and character development are extremely thin. Already in book 1 mc who practised magic for few months starts dealing with archmages, dragons, fairy kings etc, all those magical beings who are hundreds of years old are just dull and uninteresting, they are literally random person on a street tier, the character dialogue and interactions are low energy an just too simple, mc himself is sort of low energy, the only good parts is when mc is alone and is planning to or executing some plan or something, writing is really good, magic too simple and when mc starts interacting and talking with other characters it becomes shit again. I finished what is available on rr, in book three I had to skip most of it because of that retard woman Lucy and nonsensical dialogue, if the author does not remove her from mc storyline asap then it will ruin the story completely.
