Italian is the most useless European language. French and German are both highly useful and worth learning, but Italian? You can only speak it in Italy and in parts of Switzerland. The Divine Comedy is the only worthwhile thing ever written in it. Italy is not a superpower and it's not a massive global economy. Italian is just flat-out not worth learning, you're better off learning Russian.

So /lit/ is now officially an off-topic board, right? Because there's nothing about this that's related to literature. The mods really are just going to let us turn into another /v/ and /tv/.

Is there some way we can fucking FORCE the mods to do their jobs? Since clearly the fucking report button does absolutely nothing.

My own personal "centrist" position is that the average /pol/ user as well as the average /leftypol/ user both deserve a bullet to the head.

Like fucking clockwork. This happens every single time people criticize Nietzsche. And it doesn't matter WHAT they say about him, the response is always the same: that we're misunderstanding him. If he's so obtuse and easily misunderstood does he have any value at all as a philosopher? I read Plato and he's not hard to understand. Why is Nietzsche apparently so difficult that he's prone to misinterpretation? Or is this all just a cope?
