Never said kill yourself, or that you suck. I said your story sucks.

>a real reason I could use outside of personal taste.
Ok, how about that it sounds like you outlined key events without worrying about how they would arrive at each key event and instead you've almost teleported them there

How about that I can't think of anyone whom this would appeal to except moe loving otaku lords who've already got tons of other moe shit (also, you forgot to include the scene where the sisters have ecchi sex)

How about that you've *come to /lit/ instead of /a/* asking for advise on what seems to be a *rough first draft* of the concept of a *manga* rather than polishing the idea yourself

One could go for the Les Miserables route on writing it.

Considered it, but I don't have the time to actually grind out a worthwhile novel (at least personally) in a damn month.

The way I see it is, many novels took a long time to write, with plenty of time, research, and effort put into making them into what the were. I've yet to hear of any acclaimed author who rose up from NaNoWriMo, so, it brings an air of doubt to if that method of writing really works.

I understand the point of just putting the words down on the page, but in a way, you're almost threatening yourself to write. You're telling yourself that you've only got a month to write but really you've got your entire life if you wanted. Sure, you could say "Why not just do the thing for 50,000 words then just revise?" but you won't really allow your natural prose shine; you'll be in such a word count rush, it'll just become a race to me.

The heavens themselves blaze forth the death of princes.

Just finished reading Sense and Sensibility, should I read any of her other novels, or just move on to another author.

I've never seen any threads about Austen, so I'm assuming your propensities are hate/indifference, ect, ect
