>Nowadays it's all Marxists politicizing everything and Jordan Peterson fans responding. It's hell.

I have genuinely never seen any sign of /lit/ being a Marxist board. This board used to be apolitical, and then when the politics showed up they were RIGHT-wing, not left-wing. We've had far more threads about guys like De Maistre and Evola than we've ever had threads about Marx.

It was, she was asserting that there were no differences between races on a genetic level. All of her arguments were really infantile and sometimes contradictory, it was like reading a book length twitter argument. I was really disappointed because I wanted to read a real refutation of race realism.

What do you do when you can't write because your writing is so shit that the shame made you delete even before ending a paragraph. All my ideas seems stupid and my prose cliche.

I just want to have some fun with my favorite hobby, but being a little more active instead of only be a passive reader. I don't really dream on becoming a big writer (not more than a guy with a guitar dreams on becoming a rockstar), I just want to have some fun and learn in the process.

What changes on society/economical system we would have to go to make writing a viable career system like music and drawing.

What a mean is that you don't need to be super famous to be able to make a living singing or with a band, or even doing artworks for some company or having a blog of your comics.

Now look at writing side, there seems like to me that there isn't opportunities to writers that doesn't make big selling books.

Way to be a conformist.

I would like to make a proposal. How about /lit/ forms a reading group? We read a book, one chapter per day, and then discuss it. To make it fun, I would recommend to read some shit tier self-published novel or something like that, but I'm open to suggestions. Tell me what you think. If I get some positive feedback, I'll make a new thread tomorrow with further details.

Ok /lit/, a challenge for you: say something about an author that's rarely discussed on /lit/, be it literature, philosophy, etc.

Let's try to escape from the same Camus/GGRMartin/Stirner/etc. threads, bring something new. I've never seen a single productive thread about Agamben, Foucault, Lyotard, Preciado, Guimarães Rosa, Gabriel García Márquez, etc.

Introduce to us a new author.

Do you have any idea of how retarded that sentence is?
