You should really know the answer yourself OP. Does she paint? Has she mentioned a specific type or brand of brush she likes? A type or charcoal, or pencil? An artist she's fond of? Something she said she'd love to have if it weren't so expensive? Don't overthink it.
If you know her at all, chances are you know what to get her and you're just psyching yourself out
