I read Hymns by West. then i started on pic rel at random. It seemed like in the hymns wine was portrayed as evil, the cow-stealers being usually drunk, and likewise haoma as evil. iirc the most despicable of all. yet in pic rel wine is good and haoma is stated, at times, as being good.

should i booze and snort or not?
