to elaborate, the thought I have is that "The Left" generally tend to use aesthetics as a means to enforce and propagate their ideology, so often times their work is said to be "meaningful" or "full of commentary" or "critical" , whereas "The Right" are basically trying to make the world itself aesthetic, and their ideology serves their purpose of making the world "beautiful" or "more perfect", which I guess is basically just the meme of feels over reals. I think there's a lot of truth to that meme though. Am I completely misunderstanding aesthetics and how it connects to ideology though?
