Yes. Even if I don't have "anything to say", I still want to practice and hone my craft, and that means forcing myself to write every day, even if I don't particularly feel like it. I don't always feel like practising the guitar or going to the gym either but I still make an effort to do so. Does my not wanting to go to the gym mean I don't really like the idea of being fit but am only in love with the idea? Most of the anons here seem to be struggling not so much with their desire to write as they are their inability to get ideas on the page, and the quality of their writing, which makes me think that anon is projecting. You can love anything and still find it a labour to deal with sometimes. This is very rudimentary stuff. The whole "I'm a real writer because I don't have to force myself to do it" shit is childish, boring and instils the seeds of doubt in aspiring writers when they're feeling uninspired.>>11545699
