Half of presuppositionalism is biblical inerrancy. The other half of presuppositionalism is German idealism (and you're a liar if you say it is not.) And so the German idealist question arises: How does the presuppositionalist know the noumenon of the Bible from the phenomenon of the Bible?

>If and only if the presuppositionalist is identical to God, then the presuppositionalist's circular reasoning is virtuously circular (because virtuously circular reasoning implies a theosis transcending the Creature/Creator distinction to omniscience, wisdom and impeccability, which are attributes of God).
>The presuppositionalist's circular reasoning is virtuously circular.
>The presuppositionalist is identical to God.

Note that this argument is completely coherent with presuppositionalism, because presuppositionalism is based off German idealism, which itself reduces to "mind begets reality" solipsism. Thomistically, God's existence is identical with His essence. The essence of God (virtuous circularity) is the presuppositionalist himself in synthesizing German idealism with Thomism and therefore it follows that God's existence is identical with that of the presuppositionalist's.

Presuppositionalism is literally blasphemy.
