What are some good books on the theme of guilt?

I have already read Crime and Punishment and The Fall and some other obvious ones.

I'm between books at the moment so this is perfect!

Person above me has to read what I just finished. The Fall by Camus.

I wouldn't really describe The Plague as Camus' best book...The Stranger does a much better job of summarizing Absurdism if you want to stay with nonfiction. But the Plague is a good book nonetheless. Also, check out The Fall when you have a chance.

Can anyone explain The Fall to me? I've read a few other works by Camus(The Stranger, The Plague, and the Myth of Sisyphus) and feel like I have a pretty firm grasping of absurdism, but I think this book went a bit over my head. Unless of course, following his ideas of the absurd, Camus purposely made this book overly purposeless and it has no 'deeper' meaning.

What does Lit think about Albert Camus? I've read the Fall and The Stranger (It's a much better read in French than in English).
I really enjoyed the exaggeration of existentialism in the Stranger and the observations of the narrator in The Fall. I've tried to read the myth of Sisyphus and The Fastidious Assassin but it is extremely dry and to be honest, I don't really understand it. Has anyone read any of these books and care to shed some light on them?

So I just read this book and I really enjoyed it. As I was reading it I thought it was okay, but when it got to the end I realized that it was actually really good. I like how it is unconventional, yet it all comes together with the last line.
What does /lit/ think of this book?

Thanks in advance.

Well since that thread failed miserably, and OP was the biggest newfag I've seen, deserves to be on /b/ because he can't even delete his own thread.. just be watchful of all people asking for critique -- a quick Google check is always nice.

Thank you and good night.
