Funny actually, Morrowind was what inspired my world to begin with.
Yeah that makes sense though, I was trying to use my conlang to construct place names, names for artifacts, and personal names.

Ahh, but I'm not a linguist. That said, Tolkien was a big inspiration for me making a conlang. It can make a setting feel so different. My implementation will probably be something similar to what >>22700797 said.
