What’s /lit/‘s daily routine?

Here’s mine:

Currently in on a Keto diet and doing a 16/8 fasting split

Before 12:
>take a cold shower after waking up naturally
>1 cup of coffee
>lay in sun for 30 minutes, flipping sides after 15 minutes listening to audiobooks of the Percy Jackson series
>meditate for 20 minutes
>go into the pool for 20 minutes
>read Plato for an hour or 2

at 12:
>4 scrambled eggs with cheese
>1 kiwi
>1 avocado
>one cup of green super foods powder thing
>1 cup of carrot juice
>1 suja bottle

Between 12-8:
>snack on cheese, smoked salmon, various deli meats, Greek yogurt
>workout
>do code academy classes
>Duolingo to learn German
>watch pewdiepie

Dinner around 6-7:
>varies In past week i’ve had ribeye steak, grilled chicken, salmon, and one night my parents brought back hot wings from a restaurant

Supplements and night time routine:
>zinc-magnesium-calcium pill I take after workouts
>1 biotin pill, and 3 fish oil pills I take after dinner before 8 and then usually eat a snack afterwards
>watch anime or listen to a podcast
>stretches and then maybe read a bit if I feel like it
>3/4 teaspoon of glycine before bed
>take a warm shower while washing my head and body in coconut oil
>10 mg of melatonin after brushing my teeth and vaselining my lips then lights out

>narrowly avoiding a 6 month to 1 year 5350 LPS Act Conservatorship, he immediately leaves the state of California where the LPS Act no longer applies and begins to starve himself on camera
>his family and friends are now suffering to get him help in a new state with different psychiatric intervention law
