Anyone else feel like Hank fucking killed his brother with his first book?

Also does anyone else feel like this was probably ghost written? It has a brief section talking about the morality of ghost writing with tbe resolution that it's lazy and superficial, but I feel like that might have been included so that some idiots could think "woah well there's no way this was ghost written because Hank literally rags on ghost writers here!"

But still, even if it is ghost written I feel like it's better than anything John's written in his career. It's not perfect, but I'm enjoying my read of it.
