I'm surprised more attention isn't paid to KOTOR 2's writing, when people on /lit/ start talking about writing in video games.

Does anyone else feel like KOTOR 2 was quietly extremely influential on the Millennial generation?

Or, maybe tons of people didn't play it, but it feels like everyone who did went on to have some kind of impact or influence on modern culture.

I have a theory that most of the weirdo philosophy and politics and theology types across social media grew up playing Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 2 and it had a profound effect on them, and that's why they got into philosophy later in life.

If you're the type to be intrigued by philosophy, KOTOR 2 is the kind of game that would spark your interest and whet your palate, since it deals very heavily in competing ideologies and contrasting ideas.

2) Star Wars is fantasy with sci-fi characteristics

How can you get so abstract with what God is and still call him a "him?"

What makes him a "him." Surely not a penis or chromosomes. Is it intelligence? Do you find it insulting to imagine God as anything other than a male because it would imply sub-optimal intelligence?

New season coming soon.
Black Mirror's great. A bit heavy handed, but it's the closest thing our generation has to a twilight zone

>also anyone who could hear the word of Christ and not accept him as their lord and savior is LITERALLY a bad person.

anyone who says "anyone who doesn't accept my doctrine is a bad person" is a bad person

What does /lit/ think of KOTOR 2?

It's hailed on /v/ as one of the best written video games.
