Is this a poem about what it's like to be an instagram model?

Devoting an hour every week to consistently try to figure out how to help yourself in front of another person is not a waste of money. If anything, I appreciate being able to talk to somebody openly.

Antidepressants should only be used as a temporary measure to get you on your feet.

i love women so much, bros. they are the sweetest, softest, most heavenly of specimens a man can ever find within this world. they also somehow always smell fantastic, they are so much more compassionate for people around them than men are, and are innocent by their very nature. maturity and responsibility comes secondhand to them, juggling so much without a wince or whimper, unlike us men who buckle under the same forces of formality, and tend to seek out often-puerile escapisms like that of video games to avoid such realities. life throws so much hardship at them, and yet they bare it with such beauty and grace that a man can only but submit himself to such a wondrous, divine, magnificent being.

any books that match the vibe of this image? asking for a fren

You cannot eliminate suffering, and in the words of the poet Richard Whitman: "What is happiness? Happiness is just the moment before you need more happiness."

Instead, I propose to learn to find beauty and purpose in your suffering. Take a step back, let go of your dream of a perfect life. Let go of your narcissism; then the world will start making perfect sense, and you will fall in love with it fully. Fully - not just with the sunny meadows and the lush forests - but with all the grey buildings and the smog which hangs over them.

>chase enlightenment for a decade
>practice asceticism
>grow as a person and as a soul
>genuinely catch glimpses of truth, and have near-religious epiphanies about the platonic unity of the True, the Good, the Beautiful
>jot down hundreds of notes for a lifelong spiritual quest after the seat of my own soul and the key to the logos
>one day, be browsing 4chan absent-mindendly, contemplating dianoia on the back of my mind
>see one pretty girl
>unconscious mind: "I SHOULD WOULD LIKE TO SMELL AND LICK HER ASS HOLE AFTER IT'S KIND OF SWEATY NOT TOO SWEATY BUT YOU KNOW LIKE A NORMAL DAY'S WORTH OF WALKING AROUND, PRETTY SURE I'D CUT OFF 2, MAYBE 3 OF MY FINGERS JUST TO LICK HER BREASTS FOR 30 SECONDS I WONDER IF SHE'D SIT ON MY PENIS IF I LITERALLY BEGGED HER??"
I finally reached enlightenment after all those years
