Why doesn't anyone on this board read. Half the threads aren't even about books, and the ones that are are filled with people who openly admit they haven't read the book but nonetheless have ""opinions"" on it. It's in every thread. How can we fix this?

Every other fucking word because I've never heard them spoken before. My gf grills me on a weekly basis for saying a word incorrectly.

A lot of my problems are self-inflicted though. At one point during school, I was writing for a fast-growing hip-hop outlet and I just lost the passion to produce content for them due to clinical depression. I haven't written for them since April and they're continuing to skyrocket. It's a shame because the editor really liked my work and believed I had the skills to go far in the business.
