>'Good Intentions' (picrel), and I must say I'm suprised how damn good it is
I felt the exact same way when I read these, although the last books falter a bit, they're still surprisingly decent for what I was expecting to be a bottom of the barrel pure wish fulfillment guilty pleasure series
Closest and best thing I can think of would be Tsun-Tsun TzimTzum. I'd say it's a bit lighter in the erotic scenes, but still has some pretty decent romantic and sexual developments in it. Maybe a bit heavier on the story side than Good Intentions, but still pretty good in that aspect too.
Be aware that the first book is the weakest one though, it's not bad per se, but it may feel a bit generic and just not too exciting overall, specially with how the main character acts at first (I promise he gets much better). I really enjoyed the following volumes much better though and I'd encourage people to give the series a chance since I've grown really fond of it and I've been having a bit of a hard time finding something similar to fill in the longing for more of it.
On that note, the author has two other similar series going on (Shadow Rogue and Lost Reavers) that I've heard some praise about around here but I haven't touched them yet.
