I have only met a handful of genuine Marxists, they all seem pretty disillusioned, I would be too because the conditions under capitalism right now are not so bad. Things have to get a lot worse under capitalism for any semblance of a labor movement to begin in western countries.

Anyway the rest of the left is larping MLs , Maoists , who can't even accurately be described as Marxists, or "anarcho-communists" and "left libertarians" who are not really socialists but just anti-white and thus reactionary bigots.

Only way to evolve from capitalism now is by taking the Blanqui pill, which will obviously just take the form of Fascism, as every non Marxist Socialist movement adopted the tactics of Italian Fascism, as much as they claim to repudiate it.

when almost all jobs in the western world are service based?
in the west there is no commodity production. everything is outsourced to somewhere else
can the economy we are in even be called "capitalist" when less than 1/5 of western economy is dependent on it?
does anyone on /lit/ even work in an industrial job? i never met a socialist, or anyone for that matter who has.

how can you "seize the means of production" in a service economy?
