Hello, /lit/. Genre fiction writers and appreciators often accuse their critics of not being well-read in genre fiction. In order to prove them wrong, you must: 1. name at least 9 genre books you have read 2. name at least one that you liked. If you cannot do 2. and instead say something like "good genre fiction doesn't exist" I will not take you seriously because even someone as elitist as Harold Bloom found genre authors he thought were good.
