Any trans identify is a legal fiction and any level headed person understands that. Having masculine body features seriously distresses me and changing them alleviates some of that distress. I'm not a woman, and I don't claim to be one, I just genuinely hate being a male.

Any special legal demands by the trans community are entirely contingent on the attitudes of society at large. If I could use the men's restroom without being continually harassed, I would. But that isn't the case. Same with TSA agents and what not. Just stop being shitty to trans people and they'll stop all the legal battles.
