I was reading Fernando Pessoa's "Libro de desasosiego" and I realized that though I may have memorized a great deal of grammatical rules in spanish and apply them naturally, I actually don't have a rigorous foundation in the sense of actual academic knowledge of the spanish language
Do you guys think it's necessary to have a mastery of grammar before being able to write beautifully?
does one learn all that is necessary for spanish grammar at the RAE website?
