I'm done making excuses. Today, I'm going to the gym again. I'm gonna stop it with eating crackers/granola bars to dull my anxiety. I'm gonna get back in shape like I was before my grandfather died and Covid fucked everything up.
A tactic I've often used to motivate myself is pretending I'm getting in shape for my waifu. When I'm actually at the gym, I also pretend the Avengers are rooting for me to keep going. Both are kinda pathetic but are pretty effective.
