Sorry, but I didn't like it.

And I'm sorry, the publishing industry isn't going anywhere, it's just in a transitory state. There's just simply too much shit to wade through in the self-publishing realm; terrible stories wouldn't "fall by the wayside," as you say, but become the dominant literary foreground in that case.
