Eh. To each his own. I think his humor is based more in the laugh you get out of society as a whole through the situations they end up in. He uses a lot of irony. For example, Slaughterhouse 5 has Billy Pilgrim take shelter in the building the book is named for during a bombing raid. I'd imagine that, given the choice, you would not want to escape death in a slaughterhouse.
