Every time I lose a hyperfixation it feels like some part of me died. Once it's gone, it won't come back and no matter how long I go on it won't stop hurting

/lit/, how do I learn to be excited about writing and creating again? I can still come up with ideas occasionally but I don't get any happiness or excitement from it. My brain just thinks "Ok, that's a thing I did" and then stops caring. Without that thrill I'm just kind of bored of existing
