Not one couple, but two neighboring couples are having very loud sex daily. Unless I have my headphones on, I can clearly hear them loudly moaning in pleasure.
I'm just trying to read my book, I don't need this torture.

I still remember that one time my dad was bugging me about me not having a wife and 2 minutes later was complaining and saying how he wouldn't marry if he can go back in time. He didn't even thought those two things contradicted each-other.

>come up with an idea for a story
>find out it was already done
My biggest fear is spending many months writing a story and then finding out it has been done and it's actually famous.

>500 words a day
This is ridiculous, it would take me 8 months to finish.

/tv/ migrant here.

I get very annoyed when a filmmaker says he doesn't watch movies, so I wonder if this is something that also happens in literature. What are some authors that have said they don't really read that much?

ITT: Summarize your personal belief system in 10 words or fewer and others will recommend books for you to read based off of your beliefs.

You could find a climate to live in that you don't particularly hate, buy a house, and try to find a hobby that you can spend the most of your life improving on. Instruments is a good choice. Maybe woodworking. After all, you have a shit ton of funny money to use.

After that nihilist craze wears off, you might want to try investing the bulk of your money into something that will pay for the future, when you become frail and old.

Look, why are you taking the opinions of people online seriously? Do you let the words of others get into your skin that often?

Even in real life, if someone smashes you over the head with some knowledge they gained from a book. Learn from the experience, read up on what they read, and get better over time. There really isn't a goal or time limit that I'm aware of to life.
