I'm fond of her books. They have sentimental value. I did not shit on her before the whole tranny debacle. I would shit on people who would understand politics through her books, because that is extremely cringe (see pic related, probably the worst thing I ever saw), but that really isn't the fault of Rowling.
After having grown up, I wouldn't read anything else by her. I feel like that about a lot of books I read in my childhood and during my teens.

I don't care about trannies. One of my favorite statistics is that in the US, there are slightly more truckers than there are trannies - yet despite only making up 0.9% of the population, trannies are the subject of 52% of online discourse. Mind-numbing.
Could you imagine sensitivity readers who had to greenlight books and film when they depicted truckers? Like if they depicted them as unhygienic and rapey, imagine the truckie association absolutely tearing everyone connected to the media apart, ruining their careers in perpetuity? Isn't it absolutely absurd?
I don't hate trannies, I don't love them. I just don't fucking care about them at all. Chop your dick off, put on a dress, no skin of my dick, but I don't want to discuss it or think about it.
