Is this still relevant /lit/? I've heard about Thinking fast and slow being outdated, is it true?

This feeling you have that "tomorrow I'll completely change" is misguided. You have to take small steps, consistently, otherwise you're just going to burn out and revert to your old ways. You're not always going to be this motivated, so you have to establish good habits e.g. drinking more water, reading a certain amount a day, going outside for a set period of time, etc. Get a notepad and write down what small things you want to accomplish that day, and stick to it.

And for god's sake, cut down on 4chan as much as you can. It's the worst kind of mental junkfood. Being constantly exposed to misanthropy, bigotry and general assholery is not good for your mental state.

It's a shame that people haven't done more than obsess over finding an out-of-print book instead of exploring the subject of thinking more.

desu it's hard, its constant correction what will trully "upgrade" your grammar. idk about other countries, but at least in mine teachers normally put more attention on orthography than punctuation, which i think it should be the focus point. zinse yuo are mroe proun to undesten somenone lik thss, yuo nkow. than someone with really bad punctuation.
