Communism is just a commodity. People don't actually want communism, people feel like they aren't part of the problem in a capitalist society if they criticize it. People watch movies that criticize capitalism, then go to starbucks and discuss with their friends how terrible consumerism is. It's too late for communism, capitalism has already absorbed and commodified it.
