What do you call an anti-natalist who just believes in anti-natalism for a good 90% of the world's population?

Is there a Western fantasy version of progression or power fantasy?

Like following a protagonist/group of protagonists that eventually get so powerful they're marching through cosmic dimensions and battling outer demons?

Ironically, this shows the primary problem with any anarchist or "weakly structured" society. No matter how many people you get together to act together out of cooperation and consensual/equal society building, they will be conquered by a more powerful society which can better collaborate power.

This not only applies to other human societies, but to any pressing or powerful outside force, such as the forces of nature or dangerous ideological ideas.
