In Germany/Austria you have, roughly, four strong parties, the red "socialists" (desperate old state and middle class party), the black "Christian" (not actually) "conservatives" (those voted by people who hold stocks or are above 50yo), the green "Greens" (who started as a one-topic party focused on climate and who do good work on city infrastructure, but who's voting block consists of all who are more left minded than the "socialists" and also virtually every young person) and the blue sovereignty closed border parties voted by the uneducated underclass and the right wingers who actually dislike foreigners. But e.g. the Austrian blue party is just as much voted for by the Turks in Austria, so it's more of a class thing.

The small right winged youth reads early 20th century right wingers, from Evils to Heidegger, but the activism is based on leftist protest strategies and nobody publically rejects democracy. Anti-democratic views are a death sentence, just as much as proclaimed ethnic prejudices are.
All of those parties score 15 to 35% in elections.

In Germany/Austrian cities, depending on region, 30% to 50% of the school kids don't speak German at home. The general consensus among the right winged youth is what will happen is that as soon as more Moslem parties are created, at one point the whole foreign heritage block voting the red social democrats now will suddenly shift to Islamic minded black-like parties and then "the left" will suddenly realize that all their efforts are fucked and there will be more tention than there is now.
Europe will be interesting in 10 years, think France but with more European power

OP posted a land pic, so I read it as Lands sort of flavour of accelerationism.
In that cast it's really only a descriptive philosophy and not even really about humans, let alone advancing socety

Anime is more like music than literature, in that it's easier to consume.
Also among anime I'd ask the question. Apart from Lain and Ghost in the Shell, there aren't many such great works for me either.
Neurotypical anime is a NEET kind of waste of time.
But I'm still hopefull that there will come some good writer out of the related cypher space. It's why much Land is taking off, it keeps on hitting the spot - except there is no honest unconditional nor an individualist acc branch yet, which is what the appeal of NGE is, in large parts. (And the sexy kids appeal, but I can hope the space can work without it)
