If you're interested in a philosophy book that was written in the last couple decades, do you have to start with lame stuff from 100s or 1000s of years ago to actually understand what they're talking about? I want to read Land, but I'm not so sure about the books that influenced him.

Gases are enclosed in containers that determine "random" (noisy and and unintelligible and uninteresting) behavior. Likewise the mind is diffuse, obscured, and dissolute most of its time. Not resolute. Not evident not poignant. We are far more airheaded than our best self.
However this thread's eternal philosophical argument serves no purpose other than for us to articulate purposeful definitions for "determination" and "free". We can physically compare only as far as we understand and pick up our extrapolations where we found them. Where states of matter differ into exotic math beyond convention only to be empirically found in celestial objects, only in heaven is it indistinguishable for matter and energy to coalesce. Mortals in mortal time slice up opportune cycles of energy from the silent creator's continua. All fumes and foundations share the same fundamentals.

Well in any case, as long as schizophrenia doesn't just randomly get better, I will always have some material on hand.

I read the article pal. "Nothingburger" is apt. Guy claims that the majority of scholars admit that Jesus was resurrected, more or less.
That simply cannot be true for a billion reason not the least of which include the impact of a proven return from the dead on medical science etc.

Damn I was hopping that my love for fiction could be explained by a diagnosis of retardation.
