What's the difference between a soldier who died in battle (to save his beloved country, Mother Russia), a singer who performed in front of millions (Lady Gaga?), and a chronic drug abuser homeless person? In the grand scheme of things, nothing. We're merely micro-orgasms in this Earth, doing our thing, fucking each other in the vagina and ass, and procreating.

I think people should live how they want in life, if they don't hurt other people. Intrinsically, a billionaire isn't better then a penniless homeless man, however through our collective aggreement as a society, the billionaire has more "value" then a homeless person. It's somewhat right and somewhat false. It's like saying a virus strain is better then another virus strain. At the end of the day, it's still a virus. Buddhism talks about this sameness, he calls it "Buddha Nature".

I don't know if it's DNA programming, or social pressure but everyone must strive to become "better". Please write and record that nice song, create cool technology, and progress the human species forward. Even ought in the grand scheme of things, it's fruitless, short term, it has a nice effect.
