I don't know, in general the idea of God acting is misleading, doesn't really focus on anything clearly. God can't be defined, god is everything... what's the idea behind god acting?
When answering this question we aren't looking at God himself, but at our explanation, our concept of him

There is no way to prove that God exist. God is a historical necessity in order to push humanity forward. We choose to believe. Discussing about God's existence is stupid.

I know a lot of people on here are /christian/s, so I was wondering what your reasoning is for believing.
I'm genuinely interested, I won't be trying to debate any of you but I hope the thread does start a pretty interesting discussion on the topic of belief and non-belief.
