I think I know exactly this feel. As >>19008710 said nobody can tell you what to do, but I can tell you what I think I did.
>retreat, retreat hard
I eliminated things and called them experiments. Meat, sugar, all food, sleep, internet, bed, home. All that shit at once or one by one.
>exercise
Ended up running and cycling long distances because that keeps you healthy while you do the "retreating".
>create
Life imitates art. So you do whatever art you can in order to figure out what life you are destined for.

Which one of these options would best describe you when you're deep in thought:

>inner dialogue emerges/happens

>inner dialogue intensifies and becomes more focused

>inner dialogue transforms into non-verbal and continuous immersive thought

Question to all you people with open shelves:

How the fuck do you keep your books dust free without the occasional clean-up being such a chore, especially when you have

This is the sole reason I bought showcase-type bookshelves.

>Strinerite
>feeling guilty

You want to be something you are not, you are discontent with what you are and guilty for not being what you ought to be according to your own convictions.

You should consider disconnecting or detaching from externalities and reevaluate your wants, you've strayed too far from the subject and now wonder why it conflicts.

What exactly is the "Young Adult" genre? I don't think I've read anything that fits that but I could be wrong.
It's fiction right? So is it like young adult life? Books with slightly more mature themes than basic children novels? I've mostly seen books with retarded amounts of sex being called YA but i just figured those to be porn books.
pls explain to anon

>creative writing tutor finds student in his workshop who creates work he really enjoys
>they quickly become acquainted
>student asks odd proposition
>asks if the tutor can help review one of his friend's pieces, who is too shy to go to the workshop
>tutor reluctantly agrees
>next day they meet up at this guy's house
>go inside to find some fat, slobby looking neckbeard in his living room typing away, ignoring them
>student shows tutor the story
>story about r9k-tier student struggling to be normal through uni
>after reading it tutor is shocked at how bad it is, tries to question neckbeard, who is still ignoring them
>tutor gets frustrated and leaves
>circumstance happens again and the two visit another's house to see his work
>it's a man and women asleep together on the couch during the day, they don't wake up despite tutors efforts, so he gives up and reads their story
>story about a man who wakes up to find it's eternally midnight, and no one else perceives it except from him
>confused, tutor leaves
>circumstance happens he goes to another house
>goes inside with the student, the house is empty except for the noises of a couple having sex in a bedroom somewhere
>tutor is uncomfortable but reads the story
>story about a girl who is ruining her family and friendships by being a degenerate slut (despite herself being aware of the fact)
>tutor leaves
>some manner of the plot will at some point bring all these characters to fruition, of which the tutor must confront them all (haven't written this far yet)

It's hard to write but I'm enjoying it.
