Forgive me for my hot take, but most internet "Marxist" aren't Marxist at all. They are basically believers of communism who judge the value of communism on how morally superior it would be to capitalism (no exploration, free stuff, etc). It's rather surprising seeing how hardline of a materialist Marxist was, and how he didn't even give "arguments" for communism; he saw it as a place where society might flow into. Most modern day "Marxist" are basically radlibs with a belief system; a Marxist on the other hand should look away from such outlook and analyze the current system. It's my view that strength of Marxism is the analytical method.
