This book >>20529270 is very interesting I think I have this. I work an Excel office job and find it unbearably boring. I've thought of quitting multiple times to go do something like working on boats, but really only ever hesitate to pull the trigger because I make decent money and live around my friends. I never tried in school, trying was boring but I was always smart enough to just glide through everything with A's. I'm not gay or a player, I'm a 26 year old virgin. I have hobbies but I only even got into any of them because my friends did them. I don't have a single hobby that I got into myself. My mom was overbearing and my dad constantly told me I needed to take more responsibility and stop being lazy. I've started a hundred things, learning French, playing an instrument, learning to code, writing, investing, but I always get bored after a month or two. Her personality description of someone who's agreeable, whimsical, but immature is spot on. Does she go in more detail to the cure, is it really just "actually follow through on working on something"? Nothing I try feels right
