How many fucking agents am I going to have to write to? 8 weeks minimum for a response is a joke, frankly.

I don't know what I'm doing bros I want to be a writer but I need a job because I need money and I can only work low-skill jobs thanks to poor life choices. I don't even know if there's a point in going to uni when all I want to do is write. But I need money and the minimum wage shite I could do isn't enough to live on.

How do you handle a rape scene tastefully? It's important to the plot that it happens, and that it gets interrupted before he can get to it. I just want to do it in a good way, without it being weird. I feel strange enough about it as is.
