This is the only self-help book you'll ever need.
Or at least the first one you should apply.

This has got the science down. But what we really need is something more spiritual or philosophical like all those alcoholic programs and books.

The symptoms of excessive porn use,
>Distress about escalation to more extreme porn
>Delayed ejaculation
>Loss of libido
>Copulatory impotence (can get it up for porn, but not partners)
>Frequent masturbation, little satisfaction
>Uncharacteristic, worsening social anxiety or lack of confidence
>Growing erectile dysfunction, even with extreme porn.
>Morphing porn tastes that don’t match sexual orientation (also triggering HOCD)
>Inability to concentrate, extreme restlessness
>Depression, anxiety, brain fog

Erectile dysfunction was first assessed in 1940s when the Kinsey report concluded that the prevalence of ED was less than 1% in men younger than 30 years, less than 3% in those 30–45. In 2010 erectile dysfunction rates for men under 40 ranged from 14% to 37%. Rates for low libido ranged from 16% to 37%. Other than the advent of streaming porn (2006) no variable related to youthful ED has appreciably changed in the last 10-20 years

Rates of erectile dysfunction were lowest in those [men] preferring partnered sex without pornography (22.3%) and increased significantly when pornography was preferred over partnered sex (78%).

A Belgian study showed 49% of the men viewed porn that “was not previously interesting to them or that they considered disgusting.

An Italian study found that 16% of high school seniors who consumed porn more than once a week experienced abnormally low sexual desire. Compare that to 0% of non-porn users reporting low sexual desire. In Japan in 2010 36% of men ages 16-19 report no sexual desire, double the recorded number in 2008. A 2008 French survey found 20% of young men were not interested in sex.

More porn use correlated with less grey matter in the reward circuit (dorsal striatum).

60% of compulsive porn addicted subjects in one study experienced ED or low libido with partners, but not with porn.

33% of men 18-30 believe they are, or are unsure if they are addicted to porn, only 5% of men 50-68 are in this category, but 10% of men 12-13 years old are.

I found this compelling. Especially the point he made about porn tastes becoming more extreme to be stimulating.

Since everyone watches porn, what will be the societal effects. It explains the recent rise is more fetish porn like incest, maybe soon weird beastiality shit will be more common,

I haven't posted anything, let alone meme infographs. Pic related is a decent place to start, and it has a lot of good citations you can look into if you're interested.
