Surprisingly, this book is a thought-provoking sit-down. This is my break from Gravity's Rainbow, and it's serving the purpose well. You won't ever have to even stop for a second to recollect or even find a word that you have not encountered before, though it is, in fact, excellently written. It's very sentimental and has interesting character development. Anyone read it before? If you haven't, I suggest picking it up for random leisure spots where you aren't quite ready for exit-level literature but still would like to read.
