I want to know who's here now that summer's winding down.

Post once with a book review (quick or thorough) of any book, but preferably something you've read recently or would like to recommend or that you feel represents you in some way. Discussion is encouraged. Any post that is not a review won't be part of the count. Specify if you have/haven't posted before if you feel its unclear. "Brave New World sucks" counts as a review, but not a very good one. I don't want to discourage lurkers with a long post stipulation, but it would be nice if you put some effort into your review, since we are here to talk about books after all.

Additional information about yourself is welcome, but not required. I'm very curious about the population of /lit/ so don't be shy about sharing whatever you like. I feel this is more effective and relevant than a bare bones survey thread, which /lit/ seems to tolerate from time to time anyway.
