Where did I say blacks allowed the banks to fail? they did not, but they weren't smart enough to keep their money if I were to believe the theory that whites closed their banks (I don't at all).

Blacks: 13% population, dumb as a rock and can't create wealth.

Jews: 2% of population, create wealth disproportionately inspite of antisemitism and being a minority of 2% as opposed to 13% (blacks).
